Where do we ship?
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Australia
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150*.
$10 flat rate for standard shipping for orders under $100 Australia wide.
$20 flat rate for express shipping for all orders Australia wide.
* Free Shipping is not available for Adult Beach Chairs or during any sale periods.
New Zealand
$20AUD flat rate for standard international shipping for all orders.
How long will it take?
Once you've placed your order, we aim to have it dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria within one to two business days.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Once we have dispatched your order, it will arrive within Australia Posts delivery timelines.
For standard shipping within Australia, please allow between two and five business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
For express shipping within Australia, please allow between one and two business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
For international standard shipping, please allow between three and ten business days after dispatch.
If your order is placed on a weekend or a Public Holiday, your order will be dispatched the following business day.
Personalised Baby Chairs
If you have purchased a personalised product, please allow an additional four to six business days on top of our estimated shipping times to receive your order. Please note that Express Shipping will not expedite the time frame for the product to be personalised.
Please note that orders for Personalised Baby Chairs must be received by 4pm on Friday, 12 December 2025 to ensure delivery before Christmas Day. Orders for Personalised Baby Chairs will then close until 10 January, 2026.
What if my item is lost in transit?
Max and Koko take no responsibility for your package once it is dispatched from our warehouse. However, we are here to help where we can, so please reach out to us if you have experienced an issue with the delivery of your item.
Christmas Shipping
Please note all orders received after 4pm on 24, December 2025 will be dispatched on Monday, 5 January 2026 due to our office closure over the Christmas period. We will reopen at 9am on 5, January 2026.
